Felosian Articulated Claw

Invented by the Felosians with help from Gnomish engineers, this deadly instrument resembles the eastern Tekko Kagi hand weapons, but has been modified to make it deadlier and easier to use. The weapon consists of two parts: A thick leather glove that fits comfortably over the hand and is strapped to the wrist and forearm; and a 3-bladed mechanism carried within a specially-design scabbard. Although the glove somewhat limits wrist movement, the glove allows the wearer to release their grasp on the weapon without dropping it, at which point they can grab and hold objects.

Attaching the blade mechanism is as simple as slipping your hand into the scabbard while wearing the glove, taking no more than a single action to equip. Detaching the mechanism from the glove, however, requires a full round action for each glove worn.

Because the glove must be worn to use the weapon, the wearer cannot wear any other glove or gauntlet on the same hand. This means that most kinds of magical gloves will not function, as they usually only function in pairs. However, the glove may be paired with another glove and enchanted separately from the blade mechanism.

Anyone who is proficient in the use of a piercing or slashing melee weapon of small size (this group includes daggers, knives, and various swords) is proficient in the use of this weapon, and it counts as a Simple weapon for that character.

Requirements:  You are wielding two Articulated Claws (one on each hand).
Make two melee Strikes (one with each claw) against a single target using your current Multiple Attack Penalty. If you successfully deal damage with both attacks, the target must make a basic Fortitude save vs your class DC, or they take 1d6 points of persistent bleed damage.
This counts as 2 attacks towards your Multiple Attack Penalty.

When wearing both gloves, you are able to attach & draw both blade mechanisms as a single action.

Whenever you are wielding two of these weapons (one in each hand) and successfully deal damage with both attacks, the target suffers 1d4 points of bleed damage per round for 1d4 rounds. If they are already affected by this ability, the bleed damage increases by 1 point, and the duration is increased by 1 round.

This attack form cannot be triggered more than once per round on a target.
